Citrus mysteries

Making mixed drinks last summer, I discovered something quite curious.

Lemon slices float, while lime slices do not.

I don't know why.

  1. I am not sure if I believe this to be true. I know what I see, but still….. I think we need multiple taste testings with an array of liquids. :-)
